Our eligibility criteria remain the same.
Please ensure that all referrals meet our standard requirements for support.

✨ Only the child’s primary carer can be referred.
We cannot accept referrals made on behalf of someone who is not the main carer.

If you are unsure whether a family is eligible, please get in touch before submitting your referral.

This year, all support will be provided remotely through our referral partners, helping us reach even more children across the community.

Referrers will continue to play a vital role in ensuring that gifts are personal, appropriate, and bring real joy to each family.

Submit a Referral Form
As a referrer, you’ll complete the Christmas referral form together with the parent or carer.
This helps us gather important details about each child’s:

• Age
• Gender (if relevant)
• Interests, likes and dislikes
• Any SEND or accessibility considerations

Bundle Preparation
Our volunteers will use the information provided to prepare a personalised gift bundle for each child — chosen with care to match their interests and needs.

Collection or Delivery to Referrers
Once gifts are ready, we’ll contact you to arrange collection from our Trafford Park base.

• For bulk referrals, we’ll agree a collection date in advance so everything is ready together.
• In some cases, we may be able to deliver to your organisation’s base (if within 5 miles of Trafford Park), to make onward distribution to families easier.

Onward Delivery to Families
Referrers will then deliver the gifts directly to the families or arrange collection from their organisation’s location before Christmas
