Bring the Magic of Christmas to Children in our Community
Last Christmas, thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we supported 568 children and their parents with gifts to open on Christmas morning. For many children, these were the only gifts they will have received.
This year, we expect to support even more families — and we need your help to make it happen.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
We’re launching our Magical Christmas Gift Appeal in October, and we’d love your organisation to be part of it.
Host a tree in your workplace or community space and help us spread the joy!
HOW IT WORKS
We’ll provide beautiful hand-written tags, each tag representing a child we expect to be referred this Christmas. Each tag will show the age range, gender and suggested gift.
1) You set up your tree and hang the tags we provide with the table top instructions
2) Your employees and customers choose a tag, and buy a gift to match
3) Gifts are returned unwrapped in gift bags with the tag attached before the date agreed
4) Either drop off (preferred if possible!) or we we’ll collect and distribute in time for Christmas morning magic!
Due to how Christmas falls this year we are asking for the business communities help to collect in gifts slightly earlier than normal! This is because many schools and community organisations will be breaking up for Christmas on the 18th December – which only gives us 9 operational days in December to deliver this feat!! We’ll be asking organisations to have collected in all their donations and get them over to us by the 24th November!
CAN’T HOST A TREE…BUT WANT TO DO A COLLECTION?
Sometimes keeping it simple can be really effective, and a less prescriptive gift collection is more suited to some workplaces.

THE IMPACT OF YOUR DONATIONS
Your support enables us to prepare bundles of gifts tailored to the interests and needs of each individual child.
All families are referred by trusted Health and Social care providers and other support agencies such as Foodbanks, schools and refuges.
