Our Premises Requirements
To continue supporting three children daily and over 1,300 annually, we need a new home. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Urgent commercial premises requirement:
- Type: Retail, Office or Industrial space
- Size: Around 5,000 sq. ft. (can be 50:50 cover)
- Location: Accessible, ground-floor premises in Trafford borough, ideally Stretford/Urmston/Sale areas but all options considered. Could consider Eccles or Wythenshawe area.
- Parking: Onsite parking for loading/unloading
- Rent: Although we are a charity we are looking for a permanent home. To secure this we would expect to pay rent.
- Temporary: We could consider a temporary lease of 12-18 months to be able to continue our work and give us more time to secure the funds we need for a permanent home.
- Timescale: June 2025 occupation, could move sooner
